ACT Apprenticeship Training
ACT apprenticeship training in bricklaying requires completion of Certificate III in Bricklaying / Blocklaying. Course Code: CPC30108.
The nominal term of the bricklaying apprenticeship in ACT is four years however early completion can be achieved by credits gained through a pre-apprenticeship training course, or progress and completion - based on competencies achieved.
Apprenticeship Training is undertaken by a combination of off-site tuition and assessment at a Registered Training Organisation and on-site training under the guidance of the employer.
A contract of training and a training plan is the basis of the apprenticeship course.
An apprentice is paid apprentice wages while attending off-site apprenticeship training.
