At ABBTF, our main goal is to help support young Australian’s build a career in the building and construction industry, starting with an apprenticeship in bricklaying. We pride ourselves in developing strong relationships with the bricklayers and apprentices.
To build on our presence and national footprint, we have restructured our teams with a focus on achieving our strategy of better engagement with the industry. We aim to meet industry challenges and increased demands through a cohesive and organised business model. In our new business model, we have a dedicated Industry Engagement Officer in each state for Apprentice-Employer matching and support.
